Custom Accessory Design
All custom work will be pre-coordinated and accepted by the Samantha Pinto Handmade team.
A preliminary meeting will be held to define the client's expectations and preferences, concepts, materials, and costs. Delivery of the product will be within 15 days. Only one change to the final design will be accepted, and will incur an additional cost to the client.
Cleaning, Changing and/or Renewing Accessory Parts
Depending on the case, a charge will be made for adjustments to the modified or repaired part. Shipping costs for the items are the customer's responsibility.
