Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of each of our designs, pieces may vary slightly in size or color from the reference photo shown on this website. Therefore, refunds will not be accepted for dissatisfaction with the piece received.

Refund or exchange requests will only be accepted for items that arrive damaged. They must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition (both the product and packaging) within 15 calendar days of purchase. Full refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Custom and modified pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
